1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bit, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Prohibited Usage & Abuses

You agree NOT to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Specifically, you may not shorten links containing:

• Phishing, social engineering, or deceptive software sites.
• Malware, viruses, spyware, or other harmful computer code.
• Spam emails or unsolicited bulk link distribution.
• IP loggers or tracking mechanisms designed to harvest user data maliciously.

3. Service Limits & Quotas

Each registered user is allowed to shorten a maximum of 5 active links. Links that remain inactive (receive 0 clicks) for over 30 days are automatically set to inactive to clean up platform resources. We reserve the right to delete any links violating our abuse guidelines.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or safety breach of your account.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to shortened URLs or their analytics dashboard in the event of third-party network outages.
